Field Service Technician
**Description:** Perform routine preventive service, troubleshoot and repair air compressors, air dryers (regenerative and refrigerated), drains, controllers, low-pressure blowers. • pressure wash (where possible) and effectively clean the customer's entire equipment pad including skids, coolers, concrete, tanks, etc. • communicate with the customer and Service Manager regarding all services performed and clearly present all options for any required repairs, upgrades, or other customer needs • service-related documentation including service reports, start-up forms, warranty forms, oil sample forms, and parts return documents, • attend training at our Air Academy as well as train with Senior Service Technicians • set, install, and pipe compressor systems as needed. • participate in a rotating 24/7/365 on-call pool with other Technicians as scheduled by the Service Manager with travel to customer locations. Openings in the following locations: - Arlington, WA - Gonzales, LA (Baton Rouge, LA area) - Hernando, MS (Memphis, TN area) - Beaumont, TX and Sulfur, LA area Job duties include: - Electrical maintenance ranging from 220V to over 4,000V - PLC and HMI troubleshooting - Mechanical maintenance - Changeover and installation of new parts, systems, or units - CMMS documentation; ordering supplies through VMS; coordinating service tasks through system - Assisting sales team with upselling to current clients, being a technical expert - Outstanding customer service **Skills:** field service, service technician, maintenance technician, millwright, industrial maintenance, facility maintenance, pneumatics, hydraulics, high voltage, industrial electricity, electrical, mechanical, troubleshooting, repair, service, wiring, preventive maintenance, installation, hvac, install **Top Skills Details:** field service,service technician,maintenance technician,millwright,industrial maintenance,facility maintenance,pneumatics,hydraulics,high voltage,industrial electricity **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** Prior experience in field service, industrial or facility maintenance. Must have electrical maintenance experience. Diesel maintenance experience preferred. Welding and fabrication a plus. Must be capable of independent work. Must be capable of using Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS.
