**Now Hiring Field Service Technician** **Near Shakopee - 1st Shift** **Job Description** The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing outstanding customer service while troubleshooting and servicing all trailers in the field. These activities should be conducted in a timely and cost-efficient manner. There is a heavy focus on safety and customer service within the company. All company vehicles have cameras inside of them as well. **First shift** 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. **Pay** 47k - 56k / yr **Responsibilities** + Perform repairs to mobile office trailers including framing and finish carpentry, electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, running gear, and all other facets of modular building repair. + Coordinate with Branch Coordinator to schedule and manage field activity with emphasis on safe and efficient time on site. + Complete daily work orders and service orders via the Field Service Application. + Maintain proper inventory levels of all equipment, tools, parts, and VAPS needed for service tasks. + Maintain trucks and vans in proper condition and proactively schedule all service needs. + Provide courteous customer service over the phone and in person, explaining all repairs and services to customers. **Essential Skills** + High School diploma or GED + Clean driving record + 2+ years of experience with customer relationship management/customer service work + Carpentry knowledge and some plumbing/electrical experience **Qualifications** + Experience with HVAC is ideal **Why Work Here?** Employees start with 25 paid leave days a year: 11 vacation days, 2 personal days, and 12 holidays annually.
