About The Role:
The Field Service Technician performs client-site installation, service and maintenance on company manufactured and/or distributed equipment within the assigned regional area(s), on time, with quality exceeding the customers’ expectations.
Responsibilities:
Travel to customer sites (around Finland)Performing mechanical and fine mechanical installation, mainly working with water technology (double reverse osmosis)Independently plan and schedule equipment troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance according to the manufactures’ instructions, to ensure maximum up-time of equipment.Plan and perform new equipment installations for customersProvide technical support in the diagnosis of operational and/or technical issues of applicable equipmentEnsure data accuracy and integrity within applicable systems throughout the documentation process of all completed services performedProvide service advice to customer serviceMaintain spare parts inventory and calibrationProvide service development ideas to the service managerObtain and provide sales support information to sales staffParticipate in new equipment trainingPerform all responsibilities in compliance with company policies and procedures intended to meet health and safety, compliance, and regulatory guidelinesPhysical demands:
The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Must be available to work overtime as required.Routinely lift and/or move up to 30 kg.Extensive travel may be required, domestically and a limited amount abroad (Germany and the Nordic countries)Qualifications:
Electrical or mechanical engineering education or equivalent, preferably in healthcare facilitiesElectrical / electronic knowledge (S3 qualifications are seen as an advantage)Basic IT skills (basic network skills)Valid driver’s license requiredStrong customer service skillsStrong oral and written communication skills both in Finnish & EnglishHighly motivated, organized, and able to work independently and in a teamSelf-starter and self-responsible“First time right” mentalityFlexiblePrior field experience in medical products or hospital environment is seen as an advantageFor further details contact:
