Field Service Technician
Job Title: Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to provide 24/7 support primarily through emails and service queries. This role involves answering service calls, visiting clients, supporting engineering and controls, and troubleshooting machines both onsite and at our Kenosha facility. The Technician will also be responsible for filing expense and travel reports.

ResponsibilitiesProvide 24/7 support mainly through emails and service queries.Answer service calls promptly and effectively.Coordinate and visit clients as needed, as directed by the Office Manager.Support engineering and controls teams.Examine and troubleshoot machines, either onsite at clients' locations or at the Kenosha facility.File expense and travel reports accurately and timely.Essential SkillsCustomer service experience.Electrical and mechanical skills.Experience with panel building and troubleshooting.Proficiency in troubleshooting equipment.Knowledge of food processing equipment.Electro-mechanical skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in food processing equipment is a plus.Bilingual abilities in Spanish and/or French are advantageous.Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting is preferred but not required.Work Environment

You will work in a very clean environment with large rooms dedicated to testing and demonstrating machines to clients. The facility is bright, spacious, and well-maintained. Typical working hours are from 9am to 5pm, with flexible schedules as long as service calls and emails are handled efficiently. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00
