Summary:
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer training of industrial machinery, ensuring proper operation and function.
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and hydraulic flow charts
Proficiency in using voltmeters for voltage and current readings
Experience in troubleshooting and replacing defective machine components
Strong understanding of safety standards and procedures in machinery operation
Job Responsibilities:Installation of Machines:Verify machine voltage compatibility
Align and level machines during installation
Install machine accessories and test for proper function
Perform test operations with materials to ensure proper bends and dimensions
Training on Machines:Provide part programming training to customers
Train customers on machine functions, controls, and limitations
Explain the location and operation of machine safety switches
Train junior personnel on equipment functions
Servicing of Machines:Identify and troubleshoot machine issues
Diagnose problems using electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic knowledge
Replace defective electrical and hydraulic components
Pay: 28-40
