We are looking to hire several Service Technicians to troubleshoot forklift and material handling equipment at various different sites in the Dallas Area. The pay is $28 - $34 an hour, 1st shift, and comes with a company van. Job Description

As a Forklift Mechanic, you will analyze and diagnose equipment problems and breakdowns. You will recommend the correct service and repair actions to resolve equipment performance problems, make appropriate equipment repairs or modifications, and perform scheduled equipment maintenance. You will follow all scheduled maintenance procedures and policies, document each service call, and ensure all safety procedures are followed. Additionally, you will maintain the company service vehicles, secure and maintain service and parts inventory, and provide well-maintained personal tools required to effectively perform equipment service duties.

QualificationsMinimum 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment.Experience with repairing forklifts.Technical or mechanical training/certifications preferred.Possesses a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.Above average communication skills.Ability to understand service and training manuals, interpret schematics, and effectively use electrical diagnostic instruments.Ability to safely operate power tools, lifts, hoists, hydraulic jacks, and overhead cranes.
