**Job Title: Field Service Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a Traveling Service Technician to serve the Midwest market. The role involves servicing and repairing a variety of meters, pumps, registers, and other petroleum equipment. Our company is a leader in designing, manufacturing, and servicing storage, transport, and dispensing solutions for petroleum, propane, and other liquids and gases. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot, rebuild, and calibrate meters and related items. + Maintain required paperwork. + Start up and service tanker truck terminal load rack equipment, ethanol skids, and other petroleum equipment. + Install and repair grounding and overfill prevention systems. + Conduct warranty work, inspections, and emergency service work. + Test and operate equipment. + Travel overnight on weekdays (home on weekends). **Essential Skills** + 1+ year of proven & professional mechanical repair, troubleshooting, and analytical aptitude. + Mechanical troubleshooting. + Problem solving. + Field service. + Preventive maintenance. + Construction. + Blueprint reading. + Pneumatics. + Hydraulics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to read blueprints and schematics. + Basic understanding of hydraulic principles. + Experience working with hydraulics. + Willing to submit to an MVR **Why Work Here?** We offer growth opportunities from within to become a lead or supervisor. Depending on the job location, you may start work on Tuesday and get paid for drive time on Monday. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
