Job Title: Field Service Technician Job Description The Field Service Technician role involves extensive travel, often on short notice, both domestically and potentially internationally. Responsibilities + Provide real-time technical support to customers. + Address customer concerns promptly and effectively. + Coordinate parts shipments to ensure timely delivery. + Support continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. + Perform preventive maintenance on equipment. + Program and troubleshoot PLC systems. + Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
