**Job Title: Field Service Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to provide on-site setup, installation, and technical support for all machinery. In this role, you will ensure consistency and efficiency in troubleshooting, provide formal training to customers, and maintain strong customer relations. **Responsibilities** + Provide on-site setup and installation of all machinery + Deliver quality technical support for all equipment + Enhance troubleshooting efficiency in the field + Conduct initial and ongoing formal training for customer operators and machine maintenance + Perform on-site troubleshooting and repairs on machines with complex electrical, mechanical, or pneumatic issues + Provide detailed technical feedback during and after each customer visit + Collaborate with other Electrical and Mechanical Field Service Technicians as needed + Establish and maintain good customer relations **Essential Skills** + Mechanical troubleshooting + Pneumatics + Blueprint reading + Service and field service experience + Hydraulics knowledge **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems to the component level + Strong customer management skills and commitment to customer satisfaction + Experience with robotic installation, training, and troubleshooting **Why Work Here?** Join a well-known company with a climate-controlled shop and excellent employee benefits.
