Field Service Technician
Pay: $25 / HR - $30 / HR
Location: North Portland, OR 97203
Responsibilities:
Will be going out onsite job sites where they have trailers set up already and fixing issues that come up. Fixing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, flooring, low voltage electrical, and carpentry issues.Will need to use an ipad to document and take photos of any issues.Be working with the customer to seek to understand problems that are related to the issue that happened.Maintain a safe work environment and make sure they have all proper documentation and proper ppw before going onto the job site.Some calls may require having to stay overnight somewhere if the problem is taking too long to repair and finish it the next day (this only happens every once in a while).Be comfortable to talk over a phone call with a customer to figure out issues that are going on.Qualifications:
Have an idea of how to fix and adjust proper HVAC issues.Able to use an array of different hand and power tools. Have a clean driving record the last 5 years and have a drivers license to drive a company vehicle.Must be comfortable using an iPad to access documents and systems for troubleshooting.Environment/Shift:
This will be primarily going onsite jobs sites within a 90-100 miles radius of the N. Portland plant. Must be comfortable working inside and outside in the elements. Can't be offended to deal with angry customers if something is broken and needs repair.Day shift.Employee Value Proposition:

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
