Field Service Technician Austin, TX **Remote Local** Contract $17.86/hr - $20.42/hr Our client is looking for a Field Service Technician for a 3 month contract in Corpus Christi, TX 78408. Our client is a multibillion-dollar company that provides end-to-end managed services, technology, and consulting to enable the digital workplace for small to enterprise businesses. Contract Duration: 3 Months Required Skills & Experience + Associate's degree or its equivalent and entry-level. + Printer repair experience, and network support experience from the field + 2+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. + Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. + Valid driver's license. + A+ certification is a plus. What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities + Field dispatch printer repair and network support + Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. + Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups. + Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed. + Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs. + Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. + Works under immediate supervision.
