Field Service Technician

Job Description

Our client is an equipment, parts, and service supplier to the food industry.  They are looking for a Field Service Technician to work in the shop and on the road at customer sites.  This is a permanent role working directly for the company. 

Pay rate is $40 - $45/hour. 

RequirementsExperience in the food industry. 2 - 3 years of experience with controls such as PLCs, VFDs, Servo Drives, Pneumatics and Hydraulics, Logic and Mechanical Systems.   A strong team player who has the confidence to work independently.   Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills.   The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. The willingness to work overtime and on weekends when needed.
