Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician for a worksite located in Cheyenne, WY. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting customer systems that utilize Direct Digital Control Technology.

ResponsibilitiesServe as the local contact for technical issues.Ensure that systems operate properly within controls, sensors, and software.Verify field devices utilizing a laptop.Work with engineers on the startup and commission of customer systems in the electronic, electrical, and pneumatic space.Follow drawing packages, and update as needed.Set up workstations with all necessary software.Communicate with the project manager on project updates and timelines.Troubleshoot any issues throughout startup and maintenance.Essential SkillsMechanical and electrical troubleshooting.Commissioning and validation of automated equipment.2+ years of experience in related fields.Experience with Building Automation, data centers, installation, and field service.Proficiency with multimeters and TCP/IP.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in working with electrical, electronic, and pneumatic systems.Ability to follow and update drawing packages.Work Environment

The position is based at a worksite in Cheyenne, Wyoming, with working hours from 8 AM to 4 PM. The team consists of 1 project manager and 4 technicians, within a total team of 30 people. Once employed directly, the candidate will receive a company truck and cellphone.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $46.00/hr.
