Field Service Technician (CST)
Job Description The Field Service Technician provides customers with technical assistance, consulting services, quotes jobs, provides training, and acts as liaison between customers and the Company sales, engineering and manufacturing department. The position also assists management in sales, field service and warranty issues. The role plans and coordinates activities concerned with investigating and resolving customer reports of technical problems as well. The Field Service Technician represents the Company in the support of product startup, warranty service and billable repair. This position reports to the Field Services Manager. Salary ranges from 80-83.2 depending on years of experience.
