**Responsibilities**
+ Routinely travels to hospitals to perform complex tests and repairs of Integra products to satisfy customers' equipment needs.
+ Performs technical assignments such as assembly of complex equipment and parts to satisfy customers' equipment needs.
+ Provides technical support and explanations to customers and sales force to resolve product problems.
+ Observes product in use in surgery to determine if customer problems are equipment or user related.
+ Installs modifications to existing equipment to upgrade safety or performance features.
+ Works with internal and external customers to repair units and provide technical support.
+ Works with other technicians to communicate common concerns and problems.
+ Works with supervisors on technical and work related matters.
+ Communicates with Sales Force to convey customer perceived equipment problems.
+ Works as trained and directed by Technical Services, provides regular activity reports as required.
+ Management of equipment to return when the calibration is expired and ask for replacement.
+ Maintaining inventory level within the needs.
+ Presents a professional company image at all times

**Qualification**
+ Technical degree or applicable college credits.
+ Field service experience is desired, preferably in the medical industry.
+ Knowledge, skill and ability to troubleshoot, repair, and test electronic and electromechanical products.
+ Knowledge and ability to prepare and execute technical presentations to hospital staff and to train customers in the applications and use of Integra products.
+ Knowledge of 'Good Documentation Practices' requirements.
+ Good knowledge of Office Pack and IT systems.
+ Ability to communicate in English and in French.
+ Skill and ability to lift company products.
+ Knowledge of electronic principles.
+ Ability to complete the proper documentation after repairs is completed
+ Ability to perform calculations to complete expense reports.
+ Ability to work unsupervised.
+ To work according to established company procedures and standards.
+ To possess a clean driving license
