As a Field Service Technician IV, you will be using your skills and expertise to perform a variety of maintenance and technical support on our products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations. You'll be responsible for installing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and modifying our products and updating and tracking the status of all field related equipment. You'll build and maintain effective relationships with our customers and provide them with onsite training.

Qualifications You Must Have:

High school diploma or GED equivalent, and typically 6 or more years of relevant experienceA higher-level degree may substitute for experienceRelated experience may be considered in lieu of required educationAbility to understand and interpret moderately complex technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals and/or publicationsAdvanced understanding of troubleshooting techniquesAdvanced electrical wiring skillsAbility to frequently travel outside the continental US, typically for extended periods of timeCurrent/ valid passport and be able to obtain a visa to travel internationallySuccessfully pass a pre-deployment medical assessmentAbility to deploy for an approximate 90 day rotation

Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience with FCC or FCC GROLPrior experience with Security+, Network+, CCNA and/or A+Basic understanding of Spectrometer, Oscilloscope and/or Pilot Static Equipment gaugesBackground in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military
