Our client is a global automation solutions company for the medical device, diagnostics, and pharmaceutical industries.
They are looking for a Field Service Mechanical Technician to repair and service equipment at customer facilities, handling both warranty and non-warranty issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and representing the company professionally.
Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $ 30 - $ 40 up to $45.
Avail Ability for traveling, international and national: With full coverage per expenses, and also full hire benefits.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment at customer sites.
Handle warranty and non-warranty service issues, including remote troubleshooting when possible.
Travel domestically and internationally to customer locations.
Provide on-call support on a rotational basis.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; training in tooling and manufacturing preferred.
3-6 years of hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical environments.
Skilled in using hand tools, ability to read technical drawings and resolve customer issues effectively.
