Field Service Technician Position Summary: The Field Technician I position provides installation, maintenance, and support service for our customers around the world. The Field Technician supports department and company objectives for premier customer service through the provision of hands-on equipment installations, commissioning and troubleshooting in the field as well as basic training for the customer as required and company technical personnel. The provision of training will include basics of field operation, maintenance, theory of operation, design and handling diagnostics relating to SONARtrac and other Company platforms. The Field Technician is expected to maintain good customer relations and high-level customer satisfaction by serving as the company liaison on product and service technical matters for installations and maintenance.
