We are seeking a Field Service Technician NSW, based out of Sydney, who is a problem solver and team player. This individual will act as a customer advocate, ensuring complete satisfaction by resolving all customer requests related to the service of Technogym products. The Field Service Technician is responsible for carrying out preventative service, maintenance, and repairs of fitness equipment in customer facilities.
Your Impact Performing repair and maintenance of Technogym fitness equipment. Diagnosing equipment faults, performing tests, and finding solutions. Educating customers on the technical use and care of Technogym equipment. Managing work orders and service reports effectively. Communicating with customers and escalating issues when necessary. About YouWe are seeking a Field Service Technician who is passionate about health & fitness, enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
What you should bring:
Experience in a similar role (hands-on repair business expertise). Mechanical/Electronic Engineering skills, plus knowledge of IT networking. Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment. Experience working with mobile tools and applications.
