The Responsibilities:
Installs, repairs, tests, and handles the maintenance of projects as assignedServes as first point of contact with internal and external customers as it relates to sprinklers, extinguishers, back-flows, emergency lighting, fire alarm service calls, and scheduling with applicable authoritiesReviews bids for quality control purposes and recommends requirements to managementReports deficiencies in a timely and effective manner to prevent additional repairsSchedules appointments, including service work orders, to ensure customers’ needs are met, and the program goals are appropriately satisfiedProvides customer training as requiredPerforms on-call duties Expedites and ensures accuracy with all service, testing, inspection correspondence, work orders, and other associated paperworkCarries out administrative duties as needed to perform projects to completionProvides customer service and represents Evergreen Fire and Security in a professional mannerEnsures compliance with all state and federal regulations as applicable to service, installation, and maintenance of all systems including OSHA safety standardsAccurately completes all paperwork directly related to service orders and projectsInstalls conduit as necessaryTrains customers on the usage of all applicable products for installation and/or upgradesTravels as necessaryThe Necessities
