Clean Harbors is looking for a **Field Services Central Quoting Manager** . The **Field Services Central Quoting Manager** is responsible for the direct management of day-to-day activities of Field Service Pricing Specialists along with creating and executing engagement action plans for direct reports. Ensure staff is meeting targets set for safety, quote win rate, margin, and turnaround time. Work alongside sales, operations, and pricing teams to develop process and system enhancement that improves quote accuracy, margin, and turnaround times.

+ Directly manage the daily activities of the Field Services Pricing Specialists
+ Ensure that the Central Quoting team completes all quote opportunities within 72 hours
+ Facilitate the Central Quoting team to achieve high margins and win ratio through fast response and accurate quotes
+ Maintain exemplary intercompany relations via regular communication with sales and operations personnel
+ Meet or exceed established revenue goals for the assigned Region and assist business units with profitability objectives
+ Lead system enhancement projects to create efficiencies in the opportunity submittal and quote creation process
+ Provide support to sales teams and answer questions in a timely manner to help facilitate project wins
+ Analyze average pricing for quarterly price performance and establish action items to enhance pricing strategy
+ Create monthly KPI reports for all FS Pricing Specialists to track productivity and confirm team meets all targeted goals
+ Consistently meet one-on-one with each employee to discuss their professional growth and career development
+ Other assigned duties
+ Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Management, or related is required
+ 5 to 7 years’ experience
+ Strong Customer Service Skills
+ Detailed Oriented
+ Working knowledge of environmental statutes and regulations, business development, revenue enhancement and market penetration
+ Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communications skills
+ Knowledge of scoping/pricing of Field Service work
+ Knowledge of equipment, environmental regulations/statutes, safety and compliance
+ Excellent knowledge of CHES Win Web system / SalesForce / related
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel a plus
