Essential Responsibilities

Provide direct leadership of solar and storage field service team, including resource safety, quality, planning, allocation, and training, and contingent worker management.Lead team of resources responsible for on-site services and technical direction for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, operation, and maintenance of power electronics including solar inverters and battery energy storage systems.Work scope of team includes electrical, instrumentation, and control system, including cable routing and terminations, loop checks, instrument calibration, safety and alarm system settings, software installation and settings, system start up, and system tests.Lead the team to provide direct service work and technical direction to skilled labor performing work at customer sites and assure that the work is completed in a safe manner, of the highest quality standards, and in full compliance with GE procedures, manuals, and work instructions.Promote a working environment which encourages employee involvement to achieve excellence in all services management metrics.Communicate contract strategies, deliverables, risks, and opportunities as required internally within GE.Meet GE business expectations by managing safety, quality, schedule, cost, margin, cash flow, and risks.Protect GE’s reputation and technology in the marketplace.Promote a working environment that encourages employee involvement to achieve excellence in all projects and services metrics.

Required Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree in a technical fieldMinimum 10 years of field services and/or project management experienceAbility and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time

The salary range for this position is 114,100.00 - 152,100.00 - 190,100.00 USD Annual USD. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
