Job Purpose          

Supervise the running of Well Services & thru-tubing equipment and services onshore or offshore whilst conducting the work in a safe and professional manner. Whilst onshore, provide technical advice to onshore personnel to assist in forthcoming operations & client proposals. Willing to participate in many different disciplines as required when working with a small, dedicated workforce Methodical, precise & accurate approach to tasks.  Able to communicate with people at different levels. Prepare & Submit Client Presentations & Basic Sales & Marketing Skills, relative to the PL. Project Planning with Operations Manager.  Mentoring other field personnel.

Qualifications 

Bachelors in petroleum or mechanical or equally relevant subject 8 - 10 + years of experience in thru-tubing services including Thru tubing milling, underreamers, fishing etc. TT Inflatable experience is highly preferred. Work is performed in an office environment with controlled climate. Occasionally must be able to work in various weather conditions.  Required to meet heavy deadlines. Travel may be required up to 75% to other office locations, customer sites.  Must be a team player with good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Required Experience 

Experience in working with down hole tools Good understanding of basic flow operated tools thru-tubing tools deployed via coiled tubing and/or jointed pipe. Be Competent to run one or more electives for thru tubing wellbore isolation solutions.  Ability to use & good working knowledge of down hole hydraulic calculations for milling and inflatable operations. Operational experience in the use of thru-tubing down hole tools and equipment. Working knowledge of hydraulically operated equipment. Experience in using Mechanical and hydraulic thru-tubing down hole tools. Competent as per the matrix below for Thru Tubing Intervention SS3
