Verdantas is seeking a Field Engineer to provide construction support services for a large multidiscipline fish passage project. The position is a full-time position, working remotely in northern Maine.
This is an opportunity to work with colleagues who pride themselves on the quality of their work and to focus on unique, one-of-a-kind projects with clients throughout a range of geographies and industries.
Responsibilities: Provide construction support for a large fish passage project Support design engineers with construction oversight and inspections Communicate with construction contractors and engineers Provide updates to the engineering team and client Coordinate field testing, construction monitoring, and construction inspections
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 3-8 years' engineering and experience in water resources; Hydropower experience is a plus Registered Professional Engineer a plus Construction oversight experience Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
