K-Designers - Field Supervisor
K-Designers is a recognized Home Remodeling Leader. As the Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating field operations to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves supervising field staff, liaising with clients, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Starting salary will be $58,000 - $65,000 per year.
ResponsibilitiesProject Oversight:
· Measure project and conduct Pre-Site Inspection
· Supervise operations on-site, ensuring tasks are completed as per project plans and specifications.
· Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
· Coordinate with project managers to ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines.
Quality Control:
· Inspect work quality to ensure it meets company standards and project requirements.
· Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
· Maintain accurate records of inspections, quality checks, and project progress.
Safety and Compliance:
· Ensure that all field operations adhere to safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.
· Conduct regular safety audits and enforce proper use of safety equipment and practices.
· Report and investigate any safety incidents or near misses.
Client and Stakeholder Communication:
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders on-site.
· Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and any issues encountered.
· Address client concerns and ensure their requirements are met.
Service Installation:
· Complete service repairs where necessary or as directed
Documentation and Reporting:
· Maintain detailed records of field activities, including progress reports, incident reports, and daily logs.
· Prepare and submit regular reports to project managers and other relevant stakeholders.
· Ensure proper documentation of all project-related activities and communications
Qualifications· Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
· Experience with Microsoft Office Products
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
