This person will be over a team of field techs. Their day will start with scheduling all the techs out for the week, review wireless alarms, opening tickets and assigning them to techs (fiber/wireless alarms), business installs and scheduling them throughout the week, making sure the network is up and running. This position will have a desk at an office and will require some time out in the field with the techs. Split about 50/50 in office and out in the field.
