**Job Title: Field Supervisor with CDL Driver Experience** **Job Description** As a Field Supervisor with CDL Driver experience, you will oversee field operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and provide leadership to our team of drivers and field personnel. This position offers the benefit of being home nightly. **Responsibilities** + Oversee field operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations. + Provide leadership and guidance to drivers and field personnel. + Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. + Ensure all field activities are performed according to company standards and safety protocols. **Essential Skills** + Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). + Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record. + Proven experience as a Field Supervisor or similar role. + Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance. + Excellent leadership and organizational skills. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + High school diploma or equivalent. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Additional certifications or training in relevant fields are a plus. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy paid holidays, sick pay, and bereavement pay after 90 days.
