Field Supervisor
Job Description This person will be over a team of field techs. Their day will start with scheduling all the techs out for the week, review wireless alarms, opening tickets and assigning them to techs (fiber/wireless alarms), business installs and scheduling them throughout the week, making sure the network is up and running. This position will have a desk at an office and will require some time out in the field with the techs. Split about 50/50 in office and out in the field. Skills and Requirements Supervisor/ Manager experience in telecom specifically  6-10 years experience in wireless (RAN, 2G-5G, LTE, Nokia, Erikson, etc) OR 6-10 years experience in fiber (ethernet, dwdm, mpls, fiber testing, sonnet, etc) Both wireless and fiber experience  Comes from a competitor like AT&T or Verizon null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
