Job Summary: The Field Supervisor is responsible for all onsite coordination of resources necessary to install products on multiple customer projects. The Field Supervisor will need to communicate with the lead technicians, project managers, programmers, and the scheduler. Duties & Responsibilities: • Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget • Ensure projects meet client’s expectations and satisfaction. • Ensure quality of installation work • Participate in Annual Technician reviews with bi-monthly informal check in. • Establish productive feedback loops for technicians, sales, and project managers • Proactive communication with scheduler, technicians, programmer, project managers, security manager, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project flow • Coordinate with Project Manager to manage in-project changes and necessary scheduling changes matching technician skill with project • Implement Bravas culture among technicians and coach towards culture goals • Mentor field technicians to ensure successful project completion • Partner with Location Manager, Ops Manager and Project Manager for escalated customer service issues. • Training for technicians in the field • Assist with meetings with Technicians on installation standards and behaviors • Coordinate with PM and Ops Manager during project completion to ensure accuracy of forecasted labor allocations and modify schedule as needed. • Make decisions and be held accountable to Time and Materials • Coordinate client training and assist with the transition to service department • Conduct quality checks and enforce company standards • Local travel to job sites as needed • Provide training or communication to disseminate pertinent information as required • Fiscal responsibility for all assets & property assigned • Customer service, including the ability to work with high profile and high demand customers • Guardianship and preservation of client confidentiality and network/home security • Adherence to state and federal laws, including adherence to traffic laws Qualifications: • Adept at multitasking and putting the pieces of a puzzle together. • Must pursue continuing education on systems including audio, video, security, lighting. • Able to read house plans and other job site related documentation. • Advanced communication skills in both written and verbal disciplines. • Basic wiring and connectivity skills as it pertains to low voltage standards. • Trouble shooting skills are essential. • Basic computer skills with the ability to become competent with in-house job management software. • Attention to detail is essential.
