Compensation Details:

We have a hybrid pay structure, where you earn based on the work being performed. Our team's total earnings are comprised of two rates - Administrative and Job Time Hourly Rate. The administrative rate is a fixed rate of fifteen dollars per hour.

Field Supervisor

We are currently searching for an Field Supervisor who is hardworking, compassionate, and has a strong desire to help families in need. This role is key for those looking to expand their leadership capabilities in a dynamic and impactful environment. While prior experience in mitigation, remediation, restoration, and comparable industries are a plus, it is not required. Aftermath Services provides comprehensive training and certification on OSHA safety and IICRC compliance, bioremediation, and customer service.

What you’ll do:

Actively assist our team in various bioremediation to provide our clients an exceptional level of service. Supervise the successful completion of jobs that you participate in. This role does not have direct reports, but serves in a supervisory capacity with regards to the project as a whole. Accurately estimate, recommend, and advise on project scopes, manage cleanups, and handle necessary paperwork. Responsible for effectively communicating and selling a tailored scope of work based on a thorough understanding of the client’s needs, and obtaining sign-off to initiate work. Lead on-site customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, providing high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the biohazard remediation process. Onsite supervision and participation in various biohazard remediation projects.
