As a Field Supervisor, you'll support the Cased Hole Completions duct line as part of our Caribbean Operations in Guyana. This is a field position and involves interacting with various engineering, AMO, Quality, HSE and supply chain functions onshore and offshore.
As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Performing jobs onshore and offshore depending on need.Assisting the AMO (Assembly Maintenance and Overhaul) team with equipment preparation.Assisting with preparation of key equipment QA/QC & technical packages.Ensuring supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for job.Providing support with customer and accurately completing all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job.Conducting all business activities in accordance with BHGE HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and BHGE Core ValuesHandling special projects, as assigned.Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
A high school diploma or equivalent; a related technical diploma/certificate is preferred (Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering).Minimum of 10 years of industry experience in offshore field operationsPractical experience with downhole gages, surface controlled subsurface safety valves, surface controlled flow control valves or downhole fiber optic equipmentField supervisor / team lead experienceOutstanding communication and teamwork skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Visio. Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers. Availability for on-call duty and working weekends as requiredWork in a way that works for you
