The Field Support Agent is responsible for taking inbound calls to assist merchandisers in the field or store managers with any issues that may arise.
Essential Duties
Answer inbound phone calls, enter the calls into the system, correctly code each call, and enter comments detailing the issue and the direction you provided
Check and share tracking information for reps who have not received components yet
Order components for reps who need them
Make outbound calls for clients to stores requesting data
Occasionally review photos for Account Executives and enter accurate data on spreadsheets for each store
Provide accurate mapping details, including but not limited to adding fixtures to a store layout, correcting the sizes of a fixture within a store layout, or verifying that a store has the correct number of fixtures in a line
Correct client issue logs, investigate what the issue is, follow up with Driveline managers on the issue, and close the issue in the system
Other duties as assigned

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and web-based reporting
Ability to operate a multi-line phone system including answering, listening, and recording data simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work as a team member to provide excellent client/customer satisfaction
Ability to accept change with flexibility
Education & Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Some call center or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
