AstraZeneca is seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be the linchpin of our Strategic Field Operations, representing the Data Management & Operations function and supporting our Biopharmaceutical and Oncology Business Units. Your core responsibility will be Field Employee Credentialing, ensuring our team has the necessary credentials to access Healthcare Provider (HCP) or Healthcare Account (HCA) sites/facilities. Accountabilities:
As our Field Support Analyst, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employees and external Vendor Credentialing Organizations (VCO). You will build strong relationships with key customers, manage corporate dashboards with each VCO, and oversee contracted managed services credentialing support. You will also coordinate with our insurance provider and internal departments to maintain appropriate liability insurance coverage and certificates for access to HCA facilities. Additionally, you will maintain an awareness of new VCO data management systems, develop standard credentialing processes/SOPs for our business, and proactively look for opportunities to improve our credentialing processes.
Essential Skills/Experience:
• 3+ years Field Sales Support within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• 3+ years of Healthcare Industry Representative vendor credentialing or related experience
• Strong business and marketing savvy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and manage vendor relationships
• Experience overseeing vendor contracts and budget
• Ability to meet deadlines and identify/mitigate risks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple priorities
Desirable Skills/Experience:
• Understanding of the current business climate
• Demonstrated ability to grasp new business challenges
