Field Support Manager

Se sei un ingegnere chimico e hai esperienze in aziende industriali in ruoli a supporto della forza vendite, o di technical sales, customer service o assistenza post vendita o ancora di acquisti avrai la possibilità di valorizzare e accrescere le tue competenze in un conteso internazionale e dinamico, e partecipare al futuro della tecnologia nel settore!

Le tue responsabilità di tutti i giorni saranno attinenti a tre ambiti

Ambito operativo: Gestione del noleggio di macchinari per il lavaggio, inclusa manutenzione, rimessa a nuovo, smaltimento, con il coordinamento diretto dei fornitori

Ambito strategico: Definizione dei prezzi di nuovi prodotti/servizi e supporto ai nuovi lanci in Italia e in Europa

Ambito relazionale: Gestione delle interazioni con tutte le funzioni interne (sales, finance, acquisti, customer service), i team internazionali e guida di un team dedicato di 2 persone.

Come Field Support Manager, sarai inoltre al centro di un progetto chiave: la gestione e il lancio di tecnologie innovative, AI driven.

Potrai così combinare le tue competenze tecniche, strategiche e relazionali per portare l’eccellenza ai nostri clienti!

Requisiti richiesti:

· Laurea in Ingegneria (gestionale, elettronica, chimica o simili).

· 5+ anni di esperienza in aziende manifatturiere.

· Conoscenze economico-finanziarie di base

· Competenze analitiche (Excel e basi di project management).

· Esperienza in negoziazione e contrattualistica

· Passione per l’innovazione tecnologica e Artificial Intelligence

· Inglese fluente (C1/C2)
