Field Support Operations Specialist
The Field Support Operations Specialist (FSOS) assumes responsibility and accountability for assisting in the delivery of Field Support functions in an assigned region, area, or office. The FSOS, as directed by the Regional Director of Field Support, collaborates with Area Field Managers, Area VPs and office leadership to support professional standards of Field Support owned tasks, consistent with Maxim’s philosophy of compliance, State and Federal laws and regulations, and accrediting agency standards. The FSOS participates in the training and development of team members and staff, and acts as the office level Field Support Manager or Field Support team member, as assigned. In addition, the FSOS assists the region and/or area with remote support of Field Support processes, trainings, and report/data oversight. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Maintains compliance with applicable local, state and federal regulations, company policies and procedures, and accrediting agency requirements in assigned location(s) + Assists region, area and offices with orientation, credentialing and payroll. Works collaboratively with local Clinical and Operations teams as needed + Assists with orientation and training of new Field Support team members, to include in-person and remote new hire trainings + Acts as office Field Support Manager or Field Support Specialist in times of turnover and/or Field Support team member shortage + Is accountable to all duties and metrics required of the Field Support Manager or Field Support Specialist when assigned + Assists region, area and offices with any and all tasks found within the Field Support Wheelhouse + Assists with remote support of offices to maintain compliance with medical records, oversight of reports, trending of data, and development of Field Support education + Assists with survey preparation, office support during survey and development and management of plans of correction + Attends meetings and conference calls and completes reports and/or projects assigned by corporate and regional Field Support leadership + Works collaboratively with Area Field Managers, Regional Director of Field Support and Field Support COE to give feedback on and produce trainings + Collaborates and maintains effective relationships with Field Support leadership, office teams, + Regional and Area leadership and Headquarters partners to provide financial and operational support within an assigned Area, Region or Office + Performs other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements: + Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, RN license, or 1 year of operations or administrative experience in healthcare required + Must meet federal, state, and local requirements + Must possess and retain knowledge of federal, state, local and accreditation homecare standards + Supervisory experience preferred + Ability to effectively elicit from and provide information to all team members , caregivers and clients using strong communication skills + Strong understanding of organizational and financial structure + Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office + Ability to travel, potentially in long intervals, as assigned + Must meet federal, state, and local requirements + Excellent communication skills + Proficiency in the English language required + Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) Maxim Benefits: Health and Wellness Medical/Prescription, Dental, Vision, Health Advocacy (company paid if enrolled Medical) and Health Advocate Employee Assistance Program Retirement and Financial Security: Employee Assistance Program, Health Savings Account, 401(k) + Company Match, Profit Sharing, Short and Long Term Disability, Primary Caregiver Leave, Parental Leave, Life and Basic Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance, Voluntary Group Life Insurance and Supplemental Accidental Insurance, Hospital Expense Protection Plan, Critical Illness Insurance, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, Home and Auto Insurance discounts, Pet Insurance and Legal benefits Lifestyle Benefits: Paid Time Off and Company Paid Holidays, Transportation Benefits, Educational Assistance Program, College Partnership Program and Employee Discount Program *Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.
