Field Support Technician
Description We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Field Technician to join our team, supporting NTT Data's engagement with Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC). This role involves providing comprehensive IT support across VUMC's on-campus hospitals, regional hospitals, physician offices, and professional office buildings. Qualifications: -Proven experience in IT support or a related field. -Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting. -Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. -Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
