Your Opportunity
This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Field Team Lead in Kincardine Pickering, Ontario, you will be part of the proven team in the Field Services Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:
Plan, organize, implement, and follow through to completion a solution to address client’s need. Define and forecast the necessary skills and work arrangements to support the objectives of the project. May supervise/coordinate day-to-day operations of engineers, designers, engineering technicians and others who assist in completion of specific project assignments. Represent the Company in communication with other organizations to resolve questions, plan, and coordinate work. Propose plans and cost improvement programs that allow the project to achieve its business objectives Manage a variety of services projects, with a team of project coordinators and field execution staff. Interface with customer representatives on a daily basis, ensuring all contract deliverables are executed to the highest levels of safety and quality. Responsible to the Product line manager for safety, quality, cost and schedule for all projects managed. Organize and chair daily/weekly project meetings. Maintain all managed projects within the Framatome Project Reporting system.
This position requires occasional/sporadic travel. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.
