Job DescriptionTHE POSITION:
The Field Team Lead Rare Disease is responsible for developing and overseeing all field activities in the assigned markets. This position staffs and directs a team of field colleagues across Europe (Senior MSL & Key Account Manager Rare Disease) and provides leadership towards the achievement of qualitative and quantitative client brand plan tactics and objectives in close collaboration with other client roles. The role is expected to act as a role model in scientific knowledge, business acumen and ethical behavior, whilst continuously developing the team performance and skills.

QualificationsMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Education: Scientific Master Degree required.Experience and/or Training: Significant track record in a medical or sales leadership role in biopharmaceuticals Cross- Europe preferred. Experience: from relevant drug launch(es) in a highly specialized care setting and with evolving therapeutic standardsLicenses/Certificates: valid driving license.Technology/Equipment: Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook).Good understanding of CRM: including reporting creation and analysis (BI).Extraordinary Communication Skills: Ability to convey messages in a structured and clear manner while remaining ready to listen and to ensure clear understanding, as well as the capability to listen carefully to grant an understanding of their partner’s situation and needs.Ability of collaborative and influential leadership: Ability to achieve buy-in from direct reports.
