**Job Title: Field Technician** **Job Description** We seek a Field Technician to join our team. Our company has a long history dating back to 1948 and has diversified its operations to include a wide range of ground water drilling and service operations, including water well contracting, commercial wells, borings, and residential water wells. This role involves both shop and field work, with hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, weather permitting. Field Technicians may travel for per diem jobs. **Hard Skills** + Assembly of pumps + Disassembly of pumps + Light painting + Working with 6" - 12" pipes and 10' shafts + Wire cleaning + General labor duties + Operating machinery for lifting pumps and pipes **Soft Skills** + Comfortable working outdoors + Teamwork + Good attitude + Hardworking **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 7 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Maple Plain, Minnesota. **Work Environment** You will split your time between the shop and the field. You will work with at least one other person who will direct and ensure tasks are completed. You must wear jeans, a T-shirt, and work boots, and bring your own gloves (preferably leather).
