Field Technician
**Job Title: Field Technician** **Job Description** We are currently seeking a Field Technician for the Indianapolis market. This individual will be responsible for collecting Non-Hazardous material (Oil, Paint) in the field. The role is labor-intensive and involves cleaning out tanks, pressure washing (less than 2500psi), preparing waste for proper disposal, and responding to emergency spills. The technician will also be responsible for loading and unloading heavy storage drums. Daily tasks will include preparing material/tools for the day's work and cleaning company equipment/tools at the end of the day. **Responsibilities** + Collect Non-Hazardous material (Oil, Paint) in the field. + Clean out tanks and perform pressure washing (less than 2500psi). + Prepare waste for proper disposal. + Respond to emergency spills. + Load and unload heavy storage drums. + Prepare material/tools for the day's work. + Clean company equipment/tools at the end of the day. **Essential Skills** + Environmental knowledge. + Construction experience. + General labor skills. + Ability to handle manual labor. + Capability to work in extreme conditions. + Willingness to travel. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must have a valid driver's license. + Must be able to lift 60+ lbs. + Previous industrial cleaning experience. **Why Work Here?** We offer $200 credit for Red Wing boots when you are paid for every day you are out as a crew. We will pay for your CDL license/training. There is upward mobility; for example, a contractor who started a month ago is already a lead! Per diem of $40 per day is paid out weekly, and hotel stays are covered by the client. **Work Environment** This is a fully on-site position in Indianapolis, Indiana. It involves visits to various clients throughout and around Central Indiana, with light travel required, potentially including overnight stays in a hotel (20% of the time). The work is performed year-round, exposing individuals to extreme heat and cold conditions. This is a labor-intensive job and not suitable for those afraid of getting dirty or engaging in manual labor.
