One Goal, One Passion - Growth is Everything at Window Nation.Core Role Responsibilities Perform pre-installation and post-installation inspectionsAnticipate roadblocks that could impact customer expectations; job costs and/or code performance, and recommend solutionsCoordinate return visits; convey needed services, materials, and labor to relevant stakeholdersCollaborate with relevant post-close stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of daily activitiesFulfill service appointment specificationsMaintain company assets in excellent working orderMaintain a substantive knowledge of our products, install techniques, and constructionBasic QualificationsHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent3+ years professional experience installing/repairing windows, roofing, siding, and related home improvement projectsValid drivers license and ability to meet company insurance standardsPreferred QualificationsProficiency with MS Word, MS Excel; experience with Customer Relationship management systems preferredCapability to navigate various applications on an iPadCustomer-centric mindsetSuperior time and project management skillsImpeccable prioritization and organizational skillsInnate sense of urgencyWindow Nation cultivates a culture of inclusion that respects our employees' individual strengths, views, and experiences.
