Job Description
As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining flow monitors and rainfall monitoring equipment in various environments, including sewers. This role requires a keen attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in challenging conditions.
ResponsibilitiesInstallation of flow monitors within sewer systemsInstallation of rainfall monitoring equipmentCalibration of flow monitorsCollection and review of sewer flow and rainfall data for accuracyOperation and maintenance of flow monitors and rainfall gaugesManual and telemonitoring inspection of manholesConduct flow isolations, smoke testing, dye water flooding, and site inspectionsMaintain accurate, legible, and organized records in accordance with quality work instructionsEnsure the safety and mechanical soundness of vehicles and equipmentAdhere to all safety procedures and company policiesTravel and work overtime hours as requiredComplete all required internal training modulesEssential SkillsExperience in construction or environmental fieldsProficiency with hand tools and installation techniquesAbility to maintain accurate recordsStrong problem-solving skillsCommitment to safety and following proceduresAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with environmental monitoring equipmentKnowledge of plumbing or construction practicesAbility to work in various weather conditionsWillingness to travel and work overtimeCapability to work as part of a crewWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
You will work as part of a crew, traveling to different sites from Santa Rosa to Fresno. The role requires working in outdoor environments, sometimes in challenging weather conditions, and you will be exposed to sewage. The shift is from 4 AM to 12:30 PM, but you must be open to starting as early as 12 AM or as late as 6 AM. Per diem and overnight stay expenses will be covered. Equipment used includes impact drills, hammer drills, and Bosch drills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $52000.00
Contract to hire - ability to go permanent and get raises.
They will be able to learn a lot about the specific industry and will work with a great team, as well as get certified with CPR training
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Pleasanton,CA.
