Job Title: Field Technician
Job Description

Seeking an experienced field technician with 2-6+ years of experience in the environmental field. The ideal candidate should be mechanically inclined, especially with piping systems and threaded piping. We are looking for someone with tank removal experience who can operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, backhoes, and excavators. The candidate should be eager to work on the ground and operate heavy equipment.

ResponsibilitiesOperate heavy equipment including skid steers, backhoes, and excavators.Perform tank removals and manage underground storage tanks (UST) efficiently.Handle mechanical tasks involving piping systems and threaded piping.Execute excavation and trench digging tasks.Work with masonry, concrete, and rebar.Ensure compliance with safety standards, including OSHA 30 regulations.Engage in general labor tasks as required.Essential SkillsMechanical skills with piping systems and threaded piping.Experience in construction and heavy equipment operation.Proficiency in excavation and trench digging.Ability to manage underground storage tank removals.Knowledge of concrete and rebar work.OSHA 30 certification.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with masonry and concrete work.Proficiency in rebar installation.Experience with threaded piping and tank mechanical systems.Why Work Here?

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Monroe Township, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
