**Job Title: Field Technician** **Job Description** As a Field Technician, you will visit current customer sites to inspect and maintain CO2 monitors. This role involves light low voltage work similar to installing fire alarms and includes tasks such as inspecting monitors, replacing faulty sensors, and performing simple installations using CAT 5 cabling. This position focuses on commercial sites such as restaurants and gas stations. **Responsibilities** + Maintain tools and equipment, keeping supplies and parts in order. + Perform installation, alteration, addition, and repair of electrical systems on commercial work sites. + Communicate effectively with clients. + Inspect CO2 monitors and replace faulty sensors or other components. + Document daily activities and mileage for reimbursement. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical aptitude + Installation and field service experience + Electrical aptitude + Light maintenance and construction skills + Ability to read and interpret schematics + Proficiency with hand tools **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1+ years of experience in light construction, mechanical, or electrical work + Knowledge of pulling wire, bending conduit, or low voltage systems + Basic hand tools ownership + Valid driver's license and own vehicle capable of transporting a 6-foot ladder **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a flexible schedule, typically working Monday through Thursday with 10-hour shifts. Our technicians have the independence to create their own schedules after training and demonstrating reliability. We offer mileage reimbursement at 40 cents per mile. **Work Environment** Field Technicians will work at various customer sites and start their day at the depot before heading out. Shifts run from 7 am to 3 pm, with some flexibility to start as early as 6:30 am. The role requires independence, honesty, and effort, with minimal field management. Training includes two weeks of onboarding and shadowing a technician. Technicians will wear professional attire, including jeans and collared shirts. **Job Type & Location** This is a 2 month contract position based out of Memphis, Tennessee. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
