**Job Title:** Support Technician
**Location:** Charlotte, NC
**Job Type:** Full-Time, On-Site (5 days a week)
**Overview:** We are working with a company who is seeking a motivated and reliable Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with at least one year of IT experience who is eager to grow in a supportive environment. The successful candidate will be a versatile “jack of all trades,” proficient in various technologies and ready to tackle diverse challenges.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, primarily focused on Windows and Linux environments.
+ Reimage computers and assist with system upgrades and installations.
+ Utilize ServiceNow for ticketing and tracking support requests.
+ Collaborate with team members to maintain and support NextGen and EHR systems or comparable platforms.
+ Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
+ Maintain a clean driving record and use reliable transportation for on-site support as needed.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 1 year of IT experience in a support role.
+ Preferred: IT certification or degree in a related field.
+ Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
+ Familiarity with reimaging computers and EHR systems (NextGen or comparable).
+ Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
+ Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
