We are seeking a Field Technologist. The successful applicant for Field Technologist will possess a solid understanding of water treatment process fundamentals along with strong mechanical aptitude, excellent customer service, careful attention to detail, flexibility to travel as needed, and an avid desire to learn.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Commissioning and decommissioning of field, including pilot, equipmentRemote and onsite troubleshooting of field, including pilot, equipmentPilot site design, support, and troubleshootingEquipment maintenance and deployment preparationCommunication with equipment vendorsEquipment procurementEquipment design and fabricationEngineering calculationsInternal systems optimization3-D modelingUp to 25% travelInternal systems optimizationAssist in proposing and evaluating solutions to a broad range of water treatment related challenges.Other tasks as assigned Qualifications 0 to 4 years of directly-relevant experience in water and wastewater engineeringApplication of engineering principles including critical thinking, analysis, and innovative techniquesStrong verbal and written communication skillsWork well in a team environmentHighly motivated, articulate, and self-startingProficient in MS Word and ExcelAttention to detail and accuracy.Knows and understands limitations of their own knowledge and does not hesitate to ask questions. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil, Chemical, Environmental or Mechanical Engineering Familiarity with computer applications including AutoCADCoursework in physical, chemical, and biological processes; hydraulics; and principles of water and wastewater treatment plant and infrastructure design Other Compensation and Benefits
