Job Skills / Requirements United Protective Services is currently recruiting for the position of Field Training Officer/Shift Supervisor position. Schedule: Times/days will vary Shifts run from 7A-3P, 3P-11P, and 11P-7A. BE FLEXIBLE! Pay: $18.00 Personnel hired for this position will be driving a company vehicle and will report to the corporate office at the start and end of shift each day. This is a uniformed position. Duties: + Field Training Officers/Shift Supervisors will be in charge of conducting vehicle, post, and officer inspections at various accounts across Dallas/Frisco. + Field Training Officers/Shift Supervisors will assist in training on accounts where supervisors are not present. + Notate any deficiencies with equipment found while inspecting accounts so we can fix the issue quickly. + Assist fellow Security Officers with uniform items, name badges, and gear needed on shift. May be required to deliver items to security officers. + Cover a Security post when call offs arrive or until the security officer shows up. + Assist with contacting Security Officers to fill open shifts when the need arises. + Assist the patrol division when needed. + Responding to emergencies on client accounts and maintaining good communication with management.
