We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Field Training Officer (FTO) to train and guide new and existing security officers. If you have strong communication skills, tactical expertise, and a commitment to safety, this is the role for you!
Payrate $21.00 per hour
Qualifications:
Veteran and /or Law Enforcement ExperienceValid In-State Driver's LicenseHard Copy Security LicenseMust be Available to Work WeekendsPay Rate: $21.00 hourlyOn Call for EmergenciesKey Responsibilities:Train, mentor, and evaluate new and existing armed security officers to ensure adherence to company standards, protocols, and best practices.Conduct hands-on training in the use of firearms, tasers, and other authorized security equipment.Lead on-the-job training sessions to reinforce situational awareness, de-escalation techniques, and tactical response.Monitor officer performance during shifts, providing constructive feedback and ensuring compliance with policies.Assist in the development and updating of training programs and materials to reflect the latest security practices.Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security, and respond promptly to incidents as required.Maintain detailed records of training sessions, officer evaluations, and incident reports.Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 21 years of age for armed rolesPossess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experienceAs a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
