**Job Title: Field Welder** We are currently seeking an experienced Field Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in MIG and STICK welding and experience in layout, measuring, cutting, drilling, grinding, and machining metal and steel. This role involves tacking rebar to pour concrete and requires AWS certification. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG and STICK welding tasks. + Conduct layout, measuring, cutting, drilling, grinding, and machining of metal and steel. + Tack rebar for concrete pouring. + Travel to various job sites and adapt to different project requirements. + Maintain clean and consistent weld lines during stick weld tests on 5/32 steel in both horizontal and vertical positions. **Essential Skills** + Proficient in MIG and STICK welding. + Experience in layout, measuring, cutting, drilling, grinding, and machining metal and steel. + Ability to tack rebar for concrete pouring. + AWS D 1.1 or AWS D1.5 certification. + Flexibility to work in the field and travel to job sites. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + AWS (American Welding Society) certification. + Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. + Successful completion of a stick weld test on 5/32 steel in both horizontal and vertical positions. **Why Work Here?** Join a team-oriented environment where cooperation and support are paramount.
