Health and Wellness Coordinators (FIFO SA)
Civeo Australia is looking for experienced and passionate Health and Wellness Coordinators (HWCs)! The FIFO roles are joining our remote site-based team on a fulltime or casual basis from either Adelaide or Port Augusta. The roles are 9 days on and 5 days off to offer a lifestyle friendly roster.
This is a customer service focused role, where you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and engaging health and wellbeing programs that provide a range of opportunities for residents to achieve physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychological wellbeing.
These newly created roles will have the ability to contribute to the overall health and wellbeing program, and shape the direction of the program at a site level.

Minimum of Cert III in Fitness or a University degree in Exercise Physiology, Human Movement, Sports Science, or similar allied health Passionate for physical/mental health and wellbeing Full of customer service, engagement, and charisma Skilled with leadership, communication, organization, and report writing Bonus: further related qualifications and experience developing rehab programsWhat will your work entail?
Support the development and implementation of health and wellbeing programs/initiatives Promote lifestyle events at site that drive resident engagement Monitor, manage, and maintain all gym facilities and equipment Deliver group fitness classes and prestart stretching Conduct health assessments and prescribe individualised health plans Complete gym screening assessments and manage gym databases Create and deliver educational seminars for residents and staff Follow communication and reporting processes (as outlined by management)What's next?
